Return Policy

Customers may request a return if they receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product. The return request must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the product along with clear photos or videos as proof of the issue.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition

  • Original packaging, tags, invoices, and accessories must be intact

  • The product should not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration caused after delivery

Products customized, resized, specially ordered, or made-to-order are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected by our team, eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days. Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used during purchase.

Rajan Jewels reserves the right to reject refund requests if:

  • The return request is made after the allowed period

  • The product is found damaged due to customer misuse

  • The item returned is incomplete or not in original condition

Shipping charges, handling charges, and customization fees are generally non-refundable unless the error occurred from our side.

Exchange Policy

Customers may request an exchange for damaged or incorrect items subject to product availability. Exchange requests must be made within the specified return period. If the requested replacement item is unavailable, customers may be offered store credit or a refund as applicable.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be canceled before dispatch. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted. For cancellation assistance, customers should contact us immediately after placing the order.
